Experienced Barista/flair Bartender

**Responsibilities**:

- **Flair Bartending**:

- Demonstrate expertise in flair bartending, adding a visually entertaining element to the beverage presentation.
- Create and execute unique and engaging drink presentations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Coffee Handling**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.
- Expertise in operating and maintaining coffee equipment, ensuring the quality and consistency of every cup.
- **Menu Development**:

- Develop and curate a diverse and appealing menu for both coffee and alcoholic beverages.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative and seasonal offerings.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries, preferences, and special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control for all beverages served.
- Regularly evaluate and refine processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in food and beverage service.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train and mentor junior baristas and staff in coffee handling techniques and presentation skills.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and share knowledge with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista with a minimum of 3 years in high-end hotels or bars.
- Demonstrated flair bartending skills with a portfolio of creative drink presentations.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Track record of successfully creating and implementing menu settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Certification in bartending or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
