IT Assistant

Responsible for first line user support and case logging -Perform trouble shooting and monitoring on the hardware, software and networking issues -Liaise with the contractor for on-site CCTV and network installation and cabling according to the project plan -Update the computer inventory and specification list whenever any new setup and change -Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement: -Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology -Minimum 1 year of relevant IT experience -Good knowledge in system trouble-shooting -Good inter-personal skill -Able to start immediately would be an added advantage -5 days work per week
