**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure quality assurance and quality control in all phases of construction projects, which interfaces with the mechanical and electrical (M&E) phases and components including medical equipment.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents including job safety environmental analysis, calibration, inspection requests, site observations, non-compliance reports, inspection test plan, test results and other important QA/QC documents.
- Perform risk assessment and inspection on all procedures and ensure high standards of delivery for all processes.
- Review quality of M&E materials and works at site and ensure compliance with project quality and specifications.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise project teams on the implementation of QA/QC programs and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Promote and maintains a safe working environment and practices, in compliance with company’s policy and HSEQ management system.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities on quality related matters.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. **Qualification**: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. **Experience**: 10 years relevant working experience in construction field; minimum 5 years QAQC experience on major projects (with some experience in hospital experience) including testing and commissioning phase. Previous experience with contractor as Site Supervisor and Consultant as Clerk Of Works will be an added advantage.

3. **Skills & competencies**:

- Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and documenting.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Well verse in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to review 3D BIM models
