**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup and Preparation**:Perform setup and calibration of printing machinery according to job specifications.
Load paper, ink, and other required materials into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and quantities.
Adjust machine settings, such as print quality, speed, and color accuracy, to meet production requirements.

**Production Monitoring**:Operate printing machines during production runs, closely monitoring the output for any defects or inconsistencies.
Make real-time adjustments to printing parameters as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct routine checks on the machinery to identify and address any potential issues that may arise.

**Quality Control**:Conduct thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet the established standards for color accuracy, alignment, and overall print quality.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to print quality, ink coverage, or other potential defects.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical issues that may arise during production, minimizing downtime.

**Material Handling**:Manage the inventory of printing materials, such as paper, ink, and other supplies, and reorder as necessary.
Properly store and organize materials to prevent damage and ensure their availability when needed.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of each production run, including details of machine settings, materials used, and quantities produced.
Complete production reports and other required documentation to track job progress and materials usage.

**Safety, Cleanliness and Compliance**:Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery and handling printing materials.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Printing Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of printing machinery; not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Good organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy rolls of paper and other printing supplies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
- Experinced in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: RM8.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
