**Job Posting: Affiliate Manager**

**Position**: Affiliate Manager
**Salary**: 1,500 RM to 2,250 RM Per Month
**Location**: Remote (US Eastern Time Zone Schedule)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help manage and optimize online marketing campaigns for our clients, who are primarily based in the US. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work according to a US Eastern Time Zone schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing strategies.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to increase revenue.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align affiliate activities with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working remotely and adhering to a US Eastern Time Zone schedule.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with clients in the US market.
- Must speak English really well
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms.
- A background in digital marketing or a related field.
