About You

Jirnexu is searching for a versatile Producer-Director proficient in end-to-end video production, adept at budget management, deadline-driven, skilled in coordinating between production and creativity, and capable of leading effective crews during shoots.

You will be tasked with a role in overseeing and managing all aspects of video and photography production. This includes talent management, budget management, location scouting, negotiation with vendors, creative ideation, and execution of shoots.

Your Day-to-Day

Key person on anything production-related (Video/photography/merchandising)

Producer
- Talent Management
- Managing production from the brief/script to the material delivery;
- Managing the budget
- Managing the Editing team
- Managing meetings and creating decks (PPM, FPPM)
- Locating and negotiating with vendors*
- Location sculpting
- Managing timelines
- Managing shoot necessities (i.e Food, equipment, transportation, permits, budget)
- Managing brand team and client expectations
- Liaising with brand team and client on feedback and approvals

Director
- Merchandising and BTL
- Ideation in creative aspects
- Storyboarding and treatment
- Executing the shoot on shoot day
- Giving directions to talents
- Managing the crews
- Managing time during the shoot
- Giving approval on scenes or retakes

Your Know-How
- Possess working experience in a creative agency, digital agency or production house
- Creative Ideation and strong visualization skills of those ideas
- Experience with developing videos for marketing campaigns for digital usage
- Ability to innovatively execute visuals beyond the usage of stock imagery
- Proven experience in both production management and creative direction
- Demonstrated success in talent and budget management
- Proficient in video and photography editing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Creative portfolio showcasing successful ideation and execution
- Competent understanding and use of English and BM languages
