We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Designer Cats Malaysia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills, a passion for pets, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, order processing, and tracking of merchandise.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for management review.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates, content creation, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and administrative best practices to enhance job performance and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the pet industry or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and administrative procedures is an advantage.
- Passion for pets, particularly cats, and a commitment to promoting responsible pet ownership.
