Quality Assurance Executive

Ipoh, Malaysia TJ-TYT PHARMACEUTICALS (M) SDN.BHD. Full time

1.) To ensure that the SOP, work Instructions, and other quality documents are being updated and reviewed periodically. 2.) To ensure GMP records (BMR, IPC forms, SOP, logbooks and internal form) are properly recorded by production personnel or person in charge. 3.) Responsible for implement and follow up with corrective actions and preventive actions internally and externally. 4.) To conduct on-site inspection, monitor and verify the corrective action or preventive action taken along the processing. 5.) Responsible for final release of finished product in the absence of Quality Manager. 6.) To review, revise and implement SOP and procedures in relation to safety and hygiene to ensure no cross contamination and minimize the risk. 7.) Monitor and verify all calibration records, lab tests and activities (IPQC/ FPQC). 8.) To ensure the raw materials, excipients and packaging materials are meet the specifications. Only approved materials shall be allowed to be used for production. 9.) To ensure that only passed and approved finished products can be released by issuing the “Approved Sticker” on the finished products. 10.)To control supplier performance periodically for evaluation purposes. 11.)To conduct internal audit, handle product complaints and take necessary actions. 12. )To provide internal GMP training for operators and QC Executive. 13. )Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions to superiors. 14. )Other tasks assigned by the superior or management.
