Livestream Host

**Pre-Production**
- Attend product or services training provided by the client or team.
- Well acknowledged with the project direction, objectives and desired outcome.
- Well educated with client products or services.
- Well understand the selling point of the product or services.
- Plan and create content and script for the livestream.
- Design the livestream project flow.
- Live contents or topics by sessions (introduction, sales or promotion shoutout, audience interaction etc.)
- Time and duration for each session
- Well prepared with the live streaming equipment.
- Setting up all the promotions & vouchers correctly and not overlapping with other promotions before the livestream starts.
- Ensure livestream reminder or live event is set as per scheduled.
- Work and communicate closely with the Company’s Strategy and Production team.
- Attend ad-hoc jobs when assigned.

**Production**
- Well prepare and set up the studio with all the equipment before the livestream.
- Ensure the internet connection is stable at all times throughout the livestream period.
- Ensure the livestream video is at high quality at all times.
- Deliver and manage live broadcasts through various online media platforms.
- Promote and sell products or services according to the content and script.
- Ensure and manage the livestream session and durations is on the right track.
- Gather feedback from the audience during the livestream and address any questions or concerns effectively.
- Manage interactions between the audience and broadcasters during the live streaming.
- Verbal interaction
- Messages / text interaction (if necessary)
- Retain live visitors and broadcasters during the live session.
- Share and spread informative information during the live session.
- Demonstrate the product on the spot (if necessary).
- Manage product inventory.
- Handle and manage any live stream situations that occur.

**Post-Production**
- Prepare and deliver reports after the livestream.
- Sales report
- Engagement report etc.
- Provide finding and insight of the livestream performance.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
