Assistant Manager

**_Duties and Responsibility_**
- To be responsible for the full spectrum of production functions, including productivity, quality performance, materials and job planning, control of manpower, process improvement, cost optimization, safety and housekeeping, health and environment
- To lead the production planning and control section to deliver as per committed schedules
- Establishing strong working relations with other functional managers
- Supervising and managing employees
- Provides details reports as required by Management
- Closely monitor all areas of the factory to ensure that all processing works are carried out to the highest standards.
- Involve in Project Management. Tasks are distributed and teams are informed of responsibilities.
- Involve in Environmental Management System activity adopted by Creative Rubber Products Sdn Bhd
- Understand ISO 900l, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (if applicable)

**_Authority_**
- Shall be responsible to manage the factory operation independently.
- Must particularly the manufacturing activities.
- Shall review planning and control, quality during mass production, maintenance, administration of the production and improvement of yield variance.
- Assist in managing human relations, statutory compliances and ISO implementation
- When deem necessary to liaise with external parties for production concern
- Responsible for product quality and authorize to stop production line to correct quality problem.

**_Competency Requirements_**
- Education & Experience: Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field with at least 5 yea experience.
- Preferebly Senior Executive Specializing in Rubber manufacturing
- Independently manage a production facility with a workforce of >40 people
- Good communication skill
