Air Products’ Manufacturing facility at Tanjung Langsat, Johor, Malaysia is one of the company’s Centers of Excellence for the manufacture of cryogenic Air Separation Units (ASU) and associated equipment.

The job holder will be assigned to performance plant administration work at the manufacturing facility.

**_ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES_**

Meet corporate and global manufacturing personnel and process safety goals Support the team on daily admin work Coordinating and support for company visitor arrangement Assist business travel, transportation, and meeting arrangements Maintain business travel, vacation and sick time tracking and time reporting Assist expense reporting management Holding company chop and other company certificates Ensure the office to be maintained in satisfied condition Office cleaner management Office stationery management Management on plant and office Green Manage receptions and department admin Any other duties as assigned.

**_ JOB REQUIREMENTS_**

2+ years’ experience in relative area Fluent English and Malay, Chinese speaking is preferred Skillful in MS Office Software Home address closed to Tanjung Langsat area will be a plus
