Manager Clinic

Prepare monthly roster of staff and ensure sufficient trained staff for the department.
- To be responsible for procurement and stock management for clinic, including stock counts and accuracy of stocks.
- To be responsible for clinic maintenance, eg. cleanliness, repairs arrangement, equipment maintenance and etc.
- To manage clinic incidents for operational, sales and customer service, with remedy actions.
- Ensure clinic operates in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP procedures at all times.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by doctor and superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma Nursing or other qualifications can be considered possessing the relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in clinic assistant.
- Able to carry out shift work, weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work over time for gaining knowledge and experience with skills.
- Responsible individual, willing to learn and a fast learner.
- Has a positive attitude, polite and good communication to deal with the customer.
- Have own transport and accommodation.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
