1. Responsible for processing all shipment clearance documentation for both import and export and ensuring smooth and timely shipment clearance from customs

2. Arrange for shipment clearance payments

3. Checking the ETA of the shipment, follow up with shipping line and client, obtain the supporting documents for pre-clearance arrangement

5. Monitoring and following up of shipments and checking shipment status regularly

6. Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports

7. Perform duties as assigned by manager

8. Well versed in customs declaration.

9. Have knowledge in doing K1,K2,K3,K8,K9

10. Knowledge in using Aldec / Sealnet

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CUSTOM DECLARATION: 1 year (preferred)
