Massage Therapist

As a Massage Therapist at an International Spa Brand from Mumbai located in KLIA, your role is to provide clients with a serene and rejuvenating spa experience. Your responsibilities include:

- Welcome clients warmly and create a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
- Understand clients' preferences and customize treatments accordingly.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, specially Shoulder and Foot Massage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common spa areas.
- Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and tools.
- Assist in scheduling and managing client appointments efficiently.
- Stay informed about spa products and provide recommendations based on clients' needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various spa treatments and promote overall wellness.
- Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and professional standards.

**Requirements**:

- Hold relevant Spa & Massage certificates or experience.
- Min. 6 months of experience in related field.
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to start immediately is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
