**Responsibilities**:
**Live Moderator Hosting**: Serve as the charismatic live-host moderator for client live session, ensuring a captivating and enjoyable experience for viewers.

**Audience Engagement**: Foster a vibrant and interactive atmosphere by actively engaging with the audience through comment, instructed live-host a sense of community and connection towards viewers.

**Moderation**: Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining the integrity of the live experience.

**Sales Integration**: Leverage your sales experience to seamlessly integrate promotional content and product/service offerings within the live events, driving revenue through engaging and persuasive communication.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align live event content with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation.

**Adaptability**: Quickly adapt to changing circumstances, unexpected technical issues, or audience dynamics, demonstrating poise and professionalism under pressure.

**Requirements**:
**Charismatic Presence**: A natural flair for public speaking and the ability to captivate an audience with enthusiasm and energy.

**Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales or a related field, with the ability to seamlessly incorporate sales messaging into live event presentations.

**Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using various live streaming platforms, virtual event tools, and quick to learn new technologies.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport.

**Problem-Solving**: A proactive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and address unexpected challenges during live events.

**Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
