Assist the procurement manager in daily work.
- Monitoring and identifying purchasing needs.
- Researching potential suppliers.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Updating internal databases with order details (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts).
- Conducting market research to identify pricing trends.
- Evaluating offers from suppliers and negotiating better prices.
- Preparing cost analyses.
- Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Following up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Liaising with warehouse staff and site personnel to ensure all materials arrive in good condition.
- Mandarin speaking is an additional advantage.
- Undertaking any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
