Sales Admin Clerk

Answering phone calls/enquiries
- Process sales order, invoices, delivery orders and related documents
- To liaise with customers and sales personnel for sales coordination and delivery of goods.
- To execute collection from customers outstanding owing amount.
- To ensure the accuracy of the cash with daily sales.
- Responsible for supplier quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedule.
- To conduct stock updating in system.
- Documents filing
- Others related task to be assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least SPM/STPM level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience will have advantage.
- Good Committed and positive work attitude
- Able to speak & read English, BM and Mandarin.
- **Chinese Preferred**:
- **Female Only**
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
