Content Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful content plans.
- Propose effective growth strategies; based on relevant analytical data, formulate targeted promotional plans and execute them.
- Develop marketing and promotion strategies, phased promotional ideas, media channel plans, etc., for the company's operating projects. Implement and execute these strategies.
- Tailor content to specific target audiences, taking into consideration their interests, needs, and preferences.
- Evaluate the effects of the implementation of the marketing plans, make corrections, and improve the work in timely manner.

Content Creation:

- Produce engaging and informative content related to Corporate, Business, Learning & Development, Education, Human Capital, Spiritual Capital, Capital Market, Company Branding, Talent Management, Finance, Social Impact, Meditation, Women Leadership as well as Sustainability (SDGs).
- Responsible for independently completing content topic planning, script writing, feedback, and experience sharing related to company products, from a professional perspective.
- Responsible for searching, translating, summarizing, and writing articles on cutting-edge literature in the relevant field of the product.

Content Distribution:

- Coordinate the distribution of content across various marketing channels (Eg: Local and Worldwide Article Platform, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, 小红书, Landing Page) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage SEO and SEM strategies for content visibility.

Audience Engagement:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, s as needed to increase audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor, collect and analyse user data by conduct interview, or through survey-feedback, and summarize as well as adjusting strategies engagement results.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the design team to ensure visual elements complement and enhance written content.
- Work closely with other country content creator to develop a eye catching content and stay update to the latest trend in other regions.
- Responsible for writing, planning, and coordinating with design for exhibition forum offline activities.

**Qualification & Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Journalism, Chinese/ English language and literature, and related education.
- **2 - 5 years** of writing, summarize, planning and branding marketing experiences and actively in article platforms (Local and Worldwide).
- Experienced in producing content for **B2B/B2C** markets.
- Experienced and having interest in creating content related to **Sustainability (SDGs), Spiritual Capital (Mind Body Spirit), Company Branding, Capital Markets, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Social Issues**.
- Solid knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) practices is a plus.
- A strong and engaging portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across different formats (e.g., blog posts, social media content, website copy, advertisements).
- Proficient in writing, proofreading, and editing **(ENGLISH and MANDARIN)** is **Mandatory**.
