**Requirements**
- Posses 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems and Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities include analysing complex situations, identifying issues or challenges and developing practical and effective solutions.
- Leadership capabilities such as providing direction, making decisions, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.
- Safety and security awareness by being mindful of safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

**Responsibility**
- Supervising the loading and unloading of shipments, managing daily warehouse activities, and creating schedules for shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange transportation or shipments when inventory levels are too low or high.
- Implementing security measures and safety protocols to comply with government standards for warehouse safety.
- Inspecting materials and goods for defects and verifying quantities.
- Managing teams and personnel, scheduling staff, conducting training, and fostering teamwork.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to project warehouse status.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practice.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
