**Responsibilities**:
To carry out analysis on chemical, petroleum, oil and gas sample and overseeing the operations of the laboratory by assigning tasks to various technicians and support staff in the laboratory.

**Job Requirements**:

- MUST be a registered Chemist with IKM organization
- Familiar and able to operate equipment’s like ICP-OES, GC, UV-VIS, HPLC, XRF, Carbon Analyzer etc
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO procedures
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and mínimal supervision
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
- Minimum 5 years of working experience and expertise in Petroleum Chemistry analysis, and Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical ISO 17025 laboratory or similar environment, and in the related field is required

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
