**The role will work closely with the Top Management and responsible for overall marketing campaigns direction to the Mall.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost tenant sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials and advertisements.
- Manage the mall's digital and social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
- Analyze marketing data and consumer trends to refine promotional strategies for maximum impact.
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination for successful promotions and activations.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with vendors and sponsors to maximize promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the A&P budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of marketing initiatives to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / Diploma holder.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in advertising and promotions, preferably in the **shopping mall** industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and event management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficient in English & **Mandarin** to support business needs.
- Permanent vacancy available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
