**Job description**

**Job Scope**:

- Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring Good Return document are proper documented and recorded.
- Ensure operation are compliance with company policies on good return.
- To liaise and continuous follow up with External and Internal Parties on Good Return until Credit Note receive.
- Able to handle Good Return dispute.
- Ensure timely capture all Credit Note.
- Ensure timely good return report for management review.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): knowledge on basic Inventory Management.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- MUST have Intermediate computer software skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Committed and has self initiative to ensure job are done within the timeline.
- Able to work under pressure and attend to details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
