Fractionation Supervisor

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
- Assisting in the On-job training.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Mobilize manpower within production to ensure achieve output.
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources

REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum with diploma in chemical.
- **At Least with 4 years’ experience in Dry Fractionation process.**:

- Must be responsible, hardworking and with a pleasant personality.
- Knowledge in basic firefighting, first-aid and computer will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Must be able to interact with all levels and dedicated team worker.
- Good communications skill; written and verbal in English and Malay.
- Able to do rolling shift.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,359.16 per month
