1. ASSIST RESTAURANT MANAGER IN THE OPERATION OF THE OUTLET INCLUDING MANAGING THE STAFF. 2. ENSURING THE SERVICE, QUALITY PRODUCT AND CLEANLINESS OF THE RESTAURANT FOLLOWS THE STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP). 3. ENSURING THE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS ARE MAINTAINED TO COMPANY'S STANDARD ON DAY-TO-DAY BASIS. 4. PERFORMING ANY OTHER RELEVANT DUTIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
