Oral Skill:

Job requirement:

- 3 years of working experience is required for this position

Responsibility:
1. Skilled in DIY & general maintenance work involved in all aspects of hotel maintenance, both internal and external. The role would include general DIY and maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, replacement of tiling and flooring, and painting and decorating.

- Able to respond and standby, and attend to emergency repair requests.** ,, and. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests/customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.
- Able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
