**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRMs
- Ability to work independently and handle escalated situations with customer complaints
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong work ethics
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
