Job Role:

- Be Responsive. Train and arrange schedule for cafe staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
- Review cafe-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and SOPs.
- Maintain records of inventory, sales, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to cafe standards.
- Execute SOPs to achieve high rating.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen, we do not sponsor visas.
- Minimum education: Secondary School.
- Having experience as a Barista or Service Crew in Cafe is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
