To file documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to locate.
- To assist with answering and direct incoming telephone calls if required.
- To do documents delivery and pick up as per schedule and arrangement by the Management.
- To have good time management, punctual and good planning of the daily task required.
- To perform light housekeeping duties such as watering office plants, preparing coffee each morning and ensuring all communal spaces remain tidy.
- To keep all information as private and confidential for all incoming and outgoing documents.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
