HR Executive

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employee
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employee's grievance and provide necessary counselling
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Handle full set payroll
- Manage Employee & Welfare
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Leave Management
- Aware overall employee's attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.

**Job Qualification**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required Skill(s): Human Resource Management, Payroll, Labour Law, Management Report
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Solid communication skills

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)
