**Job Scope**:

- SORTATION: Involve into sortation of parcels according to given routes
- SCANNING & DISPATCHING: A process to scan the parcel into each individual couriers internal phone-app
- DELIVERY: To send the parcels to respective client address; home / office/ commercial
- COD COLLECTION: To collect cash from clients for COD type parcels
- RAZOR DEPOSIT: To make the payment at 7 Eleven through Razor System according to collected amount via internal app-system
- RETURN PARCEL: To return back all remaining parcels which is postponed or failed delivery to hub.
- ROUTE: All route are not permanent; staff required to learn all routings within given zones. _For example; the hub may have 4 zones; and each zone might have 3 routes; so staff required to learn all 3 routes in 2 given zone._

**Job Payout**:

- Basic Wages (_For full time only_)
- Attendance Allowance (_If attended 23 days before 8.30am_)
- Commissions (_max can achieve Rm150.00 per day based on delivered quantity_)
- Additional Bonus (_for achieving certain quantity on daily basis_)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
