**Kindergarten Helper Job Description**

A Kindergarten Helper is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children in a kindergarten setting. The helper assists in various tasks to ensure the well-being, safety, and happiness of the children under their care.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting with Hygiene**: Ensuring that children maintain good hygiene practices, including assisting with toileting and changing diapers as needed.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Regularly cleaning and sanitizing all interactive areas, including classrooms, play areas, dining spaces, and restrooms, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- **Meal Preparation**: Assisting in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks for the children, following dietary guidelines and ensuring food safety.
- **Supporting Classroom Activities**: Providing support to teachers during classroom activities, including helping with crafts, reading stories, and facilitating playtime.
- **Basic Care and Supervision**: Offering basic care and supervision to children, including monitoring their activities, ensuring their safety, and intervening in conflicts or behavioral issues when necessary.
- **Assisting with Educational Activities**: Supporting educational activities designed to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children, under the guidance of qualified teachers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Multitasking Ability**: Possessing advanced multitasking and organizational skills to effectively handle the needs of multiple children simultaneously.

- **Physical Stamina**: Being physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day to meet the demands of the role.
- **Basic First Aid Knowledge**: Having basic knowledge of first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in case of emergencies.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
