Main task & responsibilities;
- Support on administrative work
- Support on program execution
- Data entry
- Assist in organising and maintaining files and documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
- Ensuring the office supplies are sufficient and stored properly
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the superior / Directors of the company. To handle Ad hoc jobs assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
- Good command of English & Malay/Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Details-oriented, strong follow-up, and good management skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Work)

Additional information:

- Available to start on Q2 2024 (we are open for discussion if you wish to start earlier than that)
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hour: 9am to 5pm
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Must be able to be base at Batu 9, Cheras, Selangor
