KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for managing projects and accomplishing the objectives within the given constraints. - Be involved in the initial planning to implementation of design projects. - Be involved in meetings to discuss concepts and ideas for design layouts, colors, images (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall graphic design. - Undertake a significant number of projects/ tasks including the company Graphics Manual, Newsletter, Programme Brochures, Corporate Profile, Annual convocation Book, and lead website design. - Design and maintain the corporate website. - Develop marketing collateral from conceptualization to realization. - Develop concepts and oversee the layout of the company’s materials. - Design Annual Convocation Book and other significant documents. - Liaise with the marketing team and other departments, external suppliers, printers - Proofreading design content prior to sending it to print. - Undertake any other ad-hoc design work for company projects and materials. REQUIREMENTS - Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Graphic design or similar discipline. - Minimum of 2 years experience as graphic/web designer. - Minimum 2 years experience working in a Higher Education setting. - Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
