**Position Overview**:

- We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager (Food Kiosk Events Management) to coordinate and oversee our organisation's operations.
- As an Events Assistant Operations Manager, you will work with management and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing food kiosk events, from in-person events to hybrid events, ensuring their successful implementation from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop event timelines, action plans, budgets and make purchases of items/set-up.
- Coordinate event logistics, mainly food stores and ingredients as well as brief manpower.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations
- Track and report event financials, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- On-Site Event Management - Including overseeing on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Have good initiative and problem solving ability
- Willing to roll down sleeve to work on issues and at the same time have the leadership to direct part-timers / staff to achieve event success.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required. If events happens on weekend, flexible to take off-in lieu or WFH accordingly.
- Driving license (manual) is a plus

**Working Hours and Others**
- Office/Factory is at Admiralty / Sembawang
- Working Hours Weekday (7am-4pm) & Saturday (8am-noon)
- Starting pay RM5k-6.5k and probation for 3 months. Conversion to full time staff and pay revision if suitable.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
