To review the working days schedule with the General Manger in regards tomeetings, appointments, phone calls, correspondence and receiving visitors.
- Coordinates meetings and prepares all the minutes for daily coming briefing/weekly HOD meetings and other meetings as directed by the General Manager and assist inmonitoring follow-up’s.
- To keep an orderly filling system, that can be used by the General Manager himself.
- To established a trace system for all the Department in the Administration office.
- To keep operating costs at a reasonable level, when ordering stationary etc.
- To encourage and re-use of paper for scribble pads and to foster a recycling environment.
- To ensure that other secretaries and staff know how to use the office equipment for photo copying, fax and computers.
- To keep regular service checks on all equipment in order to maintain optimal service standards.
- Maintaining an effective communication system for achieving speedy conveyance of messages, directives, instructions from the superior to his staff and others.
- To undertake any related duties that may be assigned to you from time by time.
- To keep strict confidentially regarding the day-to-day operation of the General Manager.
- To be a Spokesperson on behalf of other Secretaries.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
