Scope of responsibility for Safety and Sustainability accordance to business operations of TPS. - Ensure all applicable legal and SDI requirements are identified and complied - Coordinate and monitor compliance to Group ESH policy, vision, strategies and expectations. - Ensure compliance with the requirements of the ESH Management System - To prepare reports on the monthly ESHMS performance are submitted to SDISB’s management. - To identify improvement opportunities and ensure continual improvement of ESH performance within TPS. - To establish ESH risk management and assist in implementing effective risk control measures. - To conduct incident investigations in accordance with the Incident Notification and Investigation procedure. To ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. - Ensure effective Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans have been developed, implemented, and regularly tested at TPS branch level. - To conduct monthly workplace inspection at TPS branch level to determine whether any machinery, plant etc. can cause bodily injury to persons at the workplace and any pollution to the environment. - To assist in organizing ESH committee and implementing ESH programmed at the workplace. - Become the secretary of the ESH committee at TPS branch level - To maintain statistic on accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational diseases and occurrence and waste generation. - To coordinate ESH trainings and conduct internal ESH training. - To conduct Contractor/Visitor ESH briefings and monitor permit to work of contractors as required.
