- Oversee all aspects of the QA/QC process, including incoming materials, in-process, and outgoing finished products/services.
- Collect, evaluate, and share performance data for quality improvement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate facility quality control plans and practices.
- Plan and conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for quality best practices and awareness.
- Consult with other affiliates on quality control issues and provide technical support and solutions.
- Manage supplier quality, receiving, inspection, and testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management/Operation Management/Engineering or relevant field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a must.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus: HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000.
