**Job Title: PTP Analyst (Contract)**
**Location: Menara TSR, Mutiara Damansara.**

**Overview**:
The PTP Analyst will ensure that invoice processing and payment processing for the organization is timely, accurate, and complete.

**Here you’ll get to**:

- Support activities including accurately processing invoices, ensuring proper supporting documentation and approval
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
- Manage inbound documents (invoice) coming through multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI
- Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
- Approve and post invoices in the system, verifying that invoice information is consistent with system information
- Process payment requests (both batch payment and other payment) within targeted time frame and by following process outlined by the Group.
- Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
- Assist in internal/external audit
- Address vendor inquiries
- Assist in extracting/analysing information for month-end reporting
- Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of experience in PTP

**It would be music to our ears if you also had**:

- Ability to read/write Mandarin/Korean/Japanese
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba
- Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong work-ethic and are a self-starter with effective organizational skills with attention to detail who proactively seeks out new solutions
- Problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
