2.2 Perform typing activities e.g. weekly/monthly reports, inventory reports, correspondences.

2.3 File and retrieve departmental documents.

2.4 Arrange appointments and answer phone calls for the Executive Housekeeper.

2.5 Ensure proper and efficient distribution of the inter-departmental and external mails.

2.6 Prepare Housekeeping books and keys for supervisor (s) and room steward/stewardess when they report to duty.

2.7 Liaise closely with supervisor(s) and room steward/stewardess on room status at all times in regard to check out rooms, vacant dirty, vacant clean, vacant ready rooms, etc.

2.8 Record all messages received in the communication book and transmit or follow up on the same with staff concerned immediately.

2.9 Transmit all instructions (verbal and written) from the Executive Housekeeper promptly to the Housekeeping staff.

2.10 Responsible for issuing and collecting of keys and keeping the key log book.

2.11 Prepare maintenance requests from the supervisor(s) for maintenance order to be raised.

2.12 Prepare Housekeeping room report

2.13 Maintain the Lost and Found records and safe keep the items. Assist the Assistant Housekeeper in the distribution of Lost and Found articles whenever required.

2.14 Keep personal record of the Housekeeping staff such as attendance sheets, advice of change sheets annual leave, medical leave, accident report, etc.

2.15 Keep babysitter records, articles on loan records, staff overtime and incentive records.

2.16 Prepare monthly overtime sheets in time.

2.17 Check daily requirements of flowers and order accordingly.

2.18 Keep control on contract labour.

2.19 Prepare Purchasing Requisition for the department and follow up on progress of Purchase Orders and check on receiving of the correct order.

2.20 Arrange for babysitter at any guest requests.

2.21 Report to Executive Housekeeper of any guest complaints, problems or accidents in the department immediately.

2.22 Observe and comply with all the rules, regulations and policies established by the Hotel.

2.23 Perform other duties as directed.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
