Requirements:

- Boilerman certified by Department of Safety and Health (JKKP).
- Able to work in shift.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and perform task with safety precaution.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures as required by FMA or OSHA.
- To comply all standard instructions and procedures.
- Supervise rotary kiln maintenance job for DOSH annual inspection.
- To perform daily checks on rotary kiln to ensure that all the equipments are running in good order.
- Check the combustion situation in the rotary kiln, and make timely adjustments according to the change quantity fuel, and keep all operating parameters running within the normal range.
- Troubleshoot any abnormality and problems encountered in the rotary kiln and carry out immediate rectification work, if necessary.
- Ensure that the rotary kiln is kept within a reasonable 5S standard and all daily tools and or accessories used for the daily operations or maintenance is kept in good order.
- To perform and carry out other task and work that are assigned by the management from time to time.
- Ensure safety in the rotary kiln area.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Boiler Cert (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor
