Assist in the preparation of correspondence to Clients. - Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. - Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail - Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. - Providing administrative support to ensure the operation of office & work site is undisrupted. - Managing and assisting day to day general office and outlets administration works. - Assist the Accounts Department from time-to-time - Handling, recording and preparing monthly report for admin and general expenses such as utility bills, petrol card, touch n go, pest control services and etc. - Handling company car & lorry insurance renewal, road tax renewal, PUSPAKOM booking for inspection. - Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries and toiletries, inventory for office & outlets on monthly basis. - Sourcing, negotiating, issuing purchase order and follow up delivery & payment to vendors. - Carrying out administrative duties such as fixed asset stock checking. - Maintaining and upkeeping of office facilities, equipment and assets such as alarm, phone, internet, door access, lighting, air-conditioning. - Maintaining office cleanliness and housekeeping. - Assisting in planning & executing of company events & activities. - Performing other ad-hoc administrative works assigned by superior as and when required. - Handling monthly sales report Job Requirements - Computer literate - Good in communication skills and organizational skills. - Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitasking. - Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
