Merchant Outreach Associate

We are looking for **Merchant Outreach Associate** (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Source and compile a list of potential merchants/restaurants' information for the Singapore team.
- Source and prospect corporate clients or companies to market and advertise our vouchers/rewards.
- Contact and prospect event space vendors to partner with our company.
- Arrange appointments and pitch our services to potential leads.
- Establish and build good relationships with current and potential partners.
- Be willing to push boundaries, execute new initiatives/projects, and handle ad-hoc operational duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience with an E-commerce background is preferred.
- Ability to convert prospects and opportunities into sales.
- Friendly and firm personality, a team player, and able to thrive with mínimal supervision.
- Able to handle stress well, adapt to changes, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Need to work from home and possess own laptop/PC with good internet access.
- Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar
- Off in lieu to be given if working on Malaysia public holidays

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
