R&d Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES**
- To issue Engineering Change Notice (ECN) when generate or update drawing, prepare and update BOM list for new or existing product.
- To prepare and provide product information based on New Customer Requirement checklist including update on costing and selling price.
- To evaluate and confirm new sample/ sample from new supplier and approval of new recycle material mixing rate by issuing Sample Evaluation Report and conducting any related testing to validate the sample.
- To check and confirm new artwork/ amendment artwork from customer and supplier and record the evaluation in Artwork Approval Report (AT).
- To issue Maintenance Testing Report (MTR) for new/modify mould received by supplier.
- To issue Internal Testing Report (ITR) in every testing performed.
- To perform monthly quality objectives analysis of department.
- To prepare and update any related document required by external accreditation body such as SIRIM, DCL, CVC and etc.
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by the Superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education background : Engineering ( have understanding in physic law )
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Basic computer knowledge : Microsoft Office ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word )
- Basic engineering drawing : Solidwork & Autocad
- Have passion in learning.
- High curiosity and desire to see things through to the end.
- Common sense.
