**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist on all CSR, ESG activities and Corporate Event, executed as planned and within the approved budget.
- Assist in conceptualising, planning, supporting CSR, ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in conceptualising and curating meaningful festive gifts.
- Proactively support all other relevant tasks delegated.
- Provision of support to the Head of Department to produce communications collaterals, including, but not limited to, videos, GIFs, print and social media collaterals.
- Proofread communications materials.
- Effective production and implementation of creative communication strategies
- Supports in ensuring consistent brand exposure.
- Execute all public relations communications and crisis management for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media.
- Ad Hoc as per assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communication, Public Relations or any equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be added advantage
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Preferable 2 years content creation and editing experience (web content, blogs, campaigns and social media) in any field related to Marketing Communications, Publishing, Journalism and Media.
- Intermediate capabilities in Adobe CC especially on Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe In Design for developing concepts, graphics and layout such as infographics, collaterals etc
- Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
