**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 year of working experience as Chargeman A4
- Preferable in facilities/property management/building/manufacturing maintenance.
- Good skills in handling maintenance and repairs of building facilities
- Able to respond to emergency calls as and when required, including public holidays
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.
- Willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
