Telemarketing Specialist

Telephone sales agent (Telesales). The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Necessary skills:

- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
- Ability to handle
- The ability to grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attitude and qualities:

- Honesty, enthusiasm for work
- Passion for making money;
- Perseverance, determination to learn non-stop
- Love consulting and sales work Education and experience:

- Male/Female 20 years and older. Minimum high school graduation
- At least 3 months of sales experience (direct sales or telesale)

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
