**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, printers, and systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices for users.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and backups to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Conduct regular system maintenance activities, such as updates, patches, and upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities, recommend and implement security measures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving IT infrastructure and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement IT projects.
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff on IT-related topics and tools.
- Administrate and support Active Directory, MS Sharepoint & M365.
**Key Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience in managing Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) in English and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
