**Looking for Full-time Junior UIUX Designer in Malaysia**

**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

PROTEUS is looking for a Full-Time Junior UI/UX Designer to join us.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process working with the development team to ensure the design meets business and end-user goals.
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides across platforms.
- Communicate design ideas with stakeholders and even make decisions to shape the project.
- Iterate web/app design functionalities to ensure a great and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

**Potential Activity or Task**
- Designing on bubble.io, Wix, and Figma.
- Conceptualizing based on project brief.
- Ideation and brainstorming for mood boards, proposals and mockups.
- Prototyping and building click-through prototypes.
- Presentation
- User testing
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, bug fixes, etc)

**Requirement**
- Intermediate UI graphic design knowledge.
- Good eye for design and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and a self-directed learner.
- Good communication skills
- Strong empathy, able to think from the user's point of view.
- Responsible and be able to meet deadlines as well as manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Willing to explore and bring company design standards to the next level.
- Good to have: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
