**Barback**

**Responsibilities**:
**Assist Bartenders**: Work closely with bartenders to ensure timely and accurate service.

**Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep bar area clean and organized at all times.

**Stocking and Inventory**: Monitor and restock all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, ice, and condiments.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling drink orders.

**Assist with Opening and Closing**: Help with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down the bar.

**Compliance with Regulations**: Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other bar staff and support team members.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of basic bar operations and drink preparation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is a must.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
