Job Description: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks/activities Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organization of files, documents etc., and other coordination duties Organized and Perform ad-hoc job-related duties when assigned Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries Assist customers with billing inquiries and payments Handle and gather confidential information Job Requirement: Minimum of Degree in Psychology Strong verbal and written communication skills Has a good eye for detail Is responsible and dependable Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets is preferable
